Tamoxifen and back muscle spasm

Hi guys, I've been taking Tamoxifen since June 2014 and yesterday I had such a bad back spasm on the side where my cancer was. Of course I'm freaking out. I go to my 6 month surgical oncologist visit on Monday and will tell her about it. My question is of course how many of you guys have had the same or similar experience while taking Tamoxifen? Could this also be a symptom of something more serious?
