Wow..so much has changed at bc.org it was hard to decide where to post. Diagnosed March 2003. Age 38. Tow babies. 1 and 3.

Had lump after first baby...showed dr when he was ten months old. Ignored. had another baby. When he was five months he couldn't nurse right breast. Then when he was 18 months I felt the lump. Now very large. too large to be normal.

Then diagnosed March 2003 but know had BC in 2000.

I lived through all. Fear of everything. Eight general anesthetics in 18 months. Bilateral Mast, Chemo, Radiation, Ovary removal, reconstruction, eight years hormonal therapy. Now nothing past 3 years.

I don't even see a Dr. anymore. No cancer centre visits. I forget most of the time.

When I joined BC.org there wer 3000 members. It was soooo helpful to me as a young mom. I connected with another young mom with the exact same stats (Wendilou). We got each other through and every year I get a family Xmas card still...she looks better than ever.

We also met (coincidentally) at the same Oprah taping in Chicago 2004. exact same day. exact same taping. What are the odds?

Just wanted to remember for a sec and offer hope to all of you going through no matter what age or stage. All in same boat together.
