    Hello to everyone. I am almost 46 year old and diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma in Dec. 14. Mastectomy on the left breast in May. I just had my third round of chemo last Thursday and I developed some skin abscesses that are pretty painful and big on my thighs. I did not see anything on the discussion boards about this topic. My oncologist put me me on cipro and another antibiotics to clear those wounds. I was doing really well up to now. This is a real downer! Anyone experienced skin abscesses due to chemo? How long do they last? I still have 3 rounds of infusion to do. Any feedback would be appreciated.
