scar tissue or recurrence

You'd think I wouldn't worry so much 2 years out, however, I have a question to see if this is normal or not. One year out after lumpectomy I had a mammogram to check the lump I was feeling in my breast around the scar. It measured 10mm. A year later it measures 2 cm. The radiologist is calling it fluid. To me that's grown quiet a bit, plus the ultrasound results are saying its fluid. Is this possible almost 2 years later. The original tumor was 10mm. I didn't have that much breast tissue removed. Can the scar tissue grow that much???  has anyone went thru this and what can I do to ease my mind

I think that you could rest easy knowing its fluid.  I agree...maybe you could say its uncomfortable and ask to have it drained?
