My PS says to wear and underwire bra the day after surgery. How do. I know what size to get? Also what kind of restrictions do you haveafter that surgery? Surgery was in October and still having bouts of feeling down even thoitwas early stage breast cancer and I didn't need chemo or radiation. My double mx was the end of Oct. Seems like everything stresses me out anymore.

    I am having my exchange surgery 3/5.  My PS told me I would be coming out of surgery with a surgical bra and ace bandage for a week.  Wants compression to avoid fluid build up.  Then after that he told me to wear a sports bra, no underwire.  Hope this helps,.
