I started having milky/bloody discharge from my right nipple about 6 months ago. It wasn't a lot, just spots in my bra here and there. I went in for an ultrasound and a mammogram. They didn't locate much, if anything. But she was able to draw blood from the right nipple like I had described so she recommended a ductogram(ductography). I went back in for my ductography and there she found a mass. It is kind of big (to me) for being in a duct. It's about a centimeter big. She said she was mildly concerned it could be Paget's but unlikely due to my age. The next step is surgery. Then they will biopsy what they take out. The mass is RIGHT under my nipple. My symptoms are my right boob so super sensitive. When it's cold, it straight up HURTS. I have dry flakes on my nipple but I ALWAYS chalked it up to dry skin because I have it everywhere else. It itches occasionally.

Also, I'm only 26 with no family history of cancer.

I'm trying not to be worried. I've been looking on here a lot. Most people don't mention ductography. Is this weird or something? Does anyone else have a similar experience with Paget's?
