Noticed slight dimpling after excisional biopsy

Had an extensional biopsy on 02/19/15 on the upper outer quadrant of left breast. Just last night I noticed slight dimpling underneath the same breast. Dimpling that was not there before. Would the dimpling be caused from the biopsy? Even though the biopsy was in a different quadrant of the breast? Or should this have me worried? Thanks!
