ADH and Tamoxifen

Can anyone give me information (or direct me to their favorite resources) on Tamoxifen after dx of ADH?

My understanding is that Tamoxifen can be taken for 5 years? My concern is I'm young and then what happens if the condition and/or cancer occurs after 5 years .. can it be taken again??

Side Effects?

Risks?

I really try to avoid medication as much as possible... not looking forward to taking something for the next 5 years. Obviously if I need to, then I need to.
