Implants too far apart

hello. Haven't been here in a while. Had surgery over the summer with silicone implants placed in August. One is 425 and one is 375. They are small. When I lay on my back they slide pretty far apart. When I stand without a bra they still seem quite far apart. The BS says it's because of the shape of my rib cage but I know they were closer together right after the surgery. Is this normal? I have been waiting for tattoos because I dont know if I will have another surgery, either to correct this issue or to correct the size difference.
