CA15-3 Blood test

Hi I am new here and looking for some feedback. I will be 5 years out this July. Had IDC stage 2b, Chemo prior to surgery, lumpectomy and 6 weeks radiation. Tamoxifen for about 3 1/2 yrs and now on Anastrozole. Had CA15-3 in June of last year with a score of 20. Went back for 6 month check up it had gone up to 42.5. Dr said wait 5 weeks and draw again. This time up another 2 points to 44.5. Had PET scan and get results back tomorrow. Anyone out there with a similar experience? I have only seen this Dr 2 times as we moved from another state. I did call my old Dr and he never even does that test and said that he wouldn't unless my numbers were over 200 and I had some kind of symptom. Very anxious and scared of recurrence. Funny thing is that when I was first DX my score was 21.5
