Trying not to be worried

I typically do monthly breast exams, probably not super thorough but decent enough. The other night I noticed a tiny soft very moveable lump. It's about half the size of a pea and like a ball about even with my nipple but under my armpit (about where lymph nodes are). It moves all over the place and it pretty soft. In my panic I checked the other side and felt one almost in the same spot but slightly higher and more pea sized and even softer. I have no idea if they were there before or not. I was on my period when I found it and I'm breastfeeding as well. It seems like a lymph node more than anything because they're so similar. It's going to take me a little bit to get in to a doctor. Something I should be worried about or can I take a deep breath? My mom is the first person to go through breast cancer and she went through it 2 years ago. I'm only 27 with 4 kids and I'm kind of fresking out.
