Let's talk lymph nodes

I wasn't exactly sure where to post this question. I hope this is the right place. When I got my MRI results back, I saw references to 'loss of fatty hilum' and 'absence of classic hilum." I have googled this and it's bad. It is a sign of malignancy. I am wondering if ANYONE else has heard this term and what was your outcome with respect to the nodes? Were more nodes involved?
