Help! I can feel my implant through my skin

I had my last recon surgery on my left side (non bc side) 5 years ago. There's a little puff on the front of my breast. when I push on it, I can feel the implant. Has anyone else experienced this? I have to make an appt with my PS. I'm dreading the thought of another surgery. However, I have a tummy thanks to my hystertomy. Maybe I can get some fat grafting.
