Infection of Recon possible after my fall?

so can there be internal infection going on that shows no outward signs?

into my 6th day of this crazy "flu" & have run the highest temps i can ever remember - i have never registered on a thermometer - i just can tell when my temp is up - like when i have a sinus infection, etc.

so i'm wondering - what if i already had a low grade temp from an infection in my breast ( which has been aching like a mother since i got sick) from the fall i took? could there have been some internal bleeding that developed an infection & i just didn't realize it?

i am finally headed to the doc today to get some antibiotics or something to knock this out - i had foolishly tried to treat it myself with some xtra i had on hand post surgery...

finally see my PS tomorrow...hopefully i'll get more than a tap dance this whole recon thing was a sugarcoated pile of shit...
