In his State of the Union address, President Obama announced a nationwide Precision Medicine Initiative that would help cure diseases such as cancer and diabetes. It sounds like one big cohesive, focused goal for targeted therapy! Big umbrellas get so much more accomplished than a lot of little umbrellas running all over the place.
