No chemo.....hormonal meds only?

Curious to know others that did not do chemo & are taking hormonal meds??? I am currently taking Tamoxifen & plan to start getting Lupron shots & switch to an Al. Then I will have a full hysterectomy & take the Al. Has anyone switched from Tamoxifen to the shots/Al??? How do they go about making this change of the meds (time wise?). I was told that because of my 100% estrogen/100 % pr that these options would be better than chemo for my treatment.
