Implants dropping over time?

I'm 5 months out from my exchange, and I'm still all upper pole (most of my implant volume is above the nipple). I thought that just about everyone lost that over time as they "dropped and fluffed." I'm planning fat grafting in another couple of months, and I'd love to add a bit more volume. (I feel that my implants are kind of small, but I don't want the risk of replacing them with larger ones.) If the implants are going to drop more, I could ask for more upper pole volume--if possible. If they aren't going to drop further, I'd want more lower. Would it be better to wait a year for fat grafting? I'd love to it all done and be finished (unless something else comes up!), but perhaps my implants are just slow to drop? What do y'all think?
