Just diagnosed with ALH in right breast

Hi everyone! I had unilateral mastectomy of left breast three years ago after diagnosis of Stage I IDC. Had two reconstruction surgeries trying to get the right breast to match the left one with implant. Had tattoo done. Ended up thinking a double mastectomy would have been easier.


  • Today, results of last week's stereotactic biopsy (pretty barbaric procedure!)right breast show ALH. Thinking of prophylactic mastectomy, removing implant, and going breast free!!! It sounds so drastic when I think about it!!!
