YAY! Glad it's been resolved for you. Good luck with rads.

Kayfry, I have invasive BC...IDC to be exact. Am not clear as to why you're guessing that I don't?

I had 4 tumors in my left breast...the largest being 2 cm. My oncotype score was low so I did not need chemo or rads.

Am really unclear what it is that you're second guessing my MO. I live in a large city and am being treated by a university cancer center.

    OceanSky -

The confusion for both Kayfry and myself comes from the fact you are posting in a forum specifically aimed at people with DCIS, not invasive cancer. What you MO told your does make sense if you have invasive cancer, as you do, but would not make sense if you had DCIS, as most people on this forum do.

OceanSky, what Annette said. And also because you seem not to have made public your Dx/treatment details, so we had no way of knowing you have IDC. I'm sorry, I certainly wasn't trying to second-guess anyone at all. I'm sure you're receiving excellent treatment, and I wish you the best. No offense intended

Someone who should have known better shared this thread with me and I didn't read it carefully.

The name of the thread does not specify DCIS, so I see why she shared it.
