Two years out- PBMX Still tight. Implant shift?

Hi!

So two years out from PBMX Nipple sparing. Never had relief from tightness and "feeling" the implants with movement. Pretty miserable. I am learning to live with it. However, this week I noticed that I was really feeling the implant on the right side. When I looked close it seemed that the shape of the implant changed? Flattened out? But I am not sure. I am planning on seeing my PS but I was wondering if anyone experienced a shift of an implant.......

Have you considered switching to a smaller implant size and using BRAVA and fat grafting to achieve the same breast volume? I feared having terrible discomfort from implants and wanted to avoid the dreaded TEs, so I opted to have small implants placed the day of PBMX with tummy and sides liposuctioned. That fat was placed over my pecs the day of surgery. In 3 months, I will wear the BRAVA domes for 6 hours/day for 21 days and then I will have my thighs and butt liposuctioned and that injected fat will increase my breast volume. My PS has had incredible success in eliminating pain for women who have had discomfort from their implants. My doctor is in Philadelphia.
