I have been cancer free for 5 years. I have had hip pain that was thought to be bursitis and long story short - ended up having an MRI and was told today that there is abnormality in the bone marrow. Yellow turning to Red I think - although online always says red turning to yellow. So next week I have a bone scan and I am just freaking out. Trying not to but still …. you all know how it is. The docs say it could be benign but they have to make sure. There are no big tendon tears or anything like that. Then at the same visit to my oncologist he orderd an MRI of my breast because it seems my implant may be leaking - not ruptured but leaking. Holy Smokes. Has anyone here had an MRI or any other test that showed abnormal bone marrow and it was nothing to worry about????
