Help! Think I'm losing my implant

Today I woke up with a red breast (side that was radiated) and yesterday I didn't feel well, had a fever slept all day

didn't notice if the breast was red. My doctor's office is closed today.

Had a PBM in April with TEs, had an infection and had to have the TE replaced. Everything going well and had

exchange surgery in September, and fat grafting in December.

Now worried that I'm going to lose the implant. Anyone have a similar situation?
