Milk Thistle for triple negative breast cancer

I had a double mastectomy this year and I was triple negative. I wanted to start taking milk thistle as I have elevate liver enzymes but read since it mimics estrogen breast cancer patients should not take it. I was wondering since I was triple negative does that include me. I would like to know if it is safe?
