Sensation in the adrenal gland after Aromosin

It has been almost 15 years since my initial diagnosis of breast cancer. I was then diagnosed as Stage IV with lymph nodes and clavlical nodes involved. Now it would be classified as a 3C. I thought cancer was behind me as I've had no evidence of disease all this time. A couple weeks ago a a tumor was found on my adrenal gland. I had not had any symptoms. I began Aromosin and now am experiencing a pulling/ache type sensation in the area.

My first time around I felt a shrinking pulling sensation in my breast after chemo started. I told my doc that I was sure my tumor was shrinking. He said I wouldn't be able to feel it, however test results showed it was indeed shrinking.

I'm hopeful that this sensation could be my tumor shrinking once again. At first I was even more frightened until I remembered I had been through something like this before. Has anyone else had a similiar experience? Looking for hope.
