question about bone survey

Was diagnosed May of 2013. I have completed all my treatment including a year on Herceptin and a double mastectomy. My question is my doc ordered a bone survey and a ct scan because insurance would not cover another pet scan. The bone survey shows I have a lesion on my trochanter (possible boney island) and a lobulated lytic lesion on my sinus bones. My current doc is not addressing the lesion on my leg but decided to have a ct done of my sinus area to address the lesion up there. Went today to pick up my ct results since I don't go back till Feb for results. ( I have worked in the nursing field since I was 19 and like to stay ahead of my doc) The ct doesn't show any lesion. Is it possible that in 2 weeks a lesion can disappear? (don't think so but thought I would ask) It kind of freaks me out that somewhere there is a discrepancy and I am not sure where. Just like my last abdominal ct shows a mass on my right side that was compared to a pet scan in 2013 that shows no change, but yet if you look at all my results it doesn't mention it in that Pet scan or in a ct done in June of last year. Just feeling frustrated and wanted to see if anyone has any ideas. I have a appt Mon to discuss this stuff with him but I am afraid I won't get anywhere. Thinking it's time to find a new doc.
