What to expect with implant/BRAVA reconstruction?

I am scheduled for a PBMX next Wednesday. My PS will be placing small silicone implants and completing the surgery with a small amount of fat over my pec muscles. After healing for 3 months I will hopefully finish off my reconstruction with BRAVA and a larger amount of fat grafting. Has anyone else had this type of reconstruction? I'm curious as to what to expect? Pain level? Physical appearance? This type of surgery was much more appealing to me than the TE route. Also, I have an autoimmune condition and would like to eventually remove the implant and replace with all fat. My PS is the one who suggested this option and he thinks I am an excellent candidate for this surgery. Any words of wisdom or insight would be very much appreciated as .....the countdown is on! Thanks again!
