headache from radiation?

Saw an older post about this without too many responses, so thought I would try myself. Just finished second treatment and noticed bending over that my head hurt. I never get headaches, so I suspect it is from radiation. I will try and read up on this tonight. But wondering what you folks have to say. Thanks.

Me too. I'm on my third week of rads & having daily headaches. I do not have a history of headaches. I asked my rad nurse about it & she told me it probably wasn't related to rad tx.

I don't think they realize the biological turmoil that's created in people (us) when we're zapped w/ rads or pumped full of chemo.

Not noticing a headache so much at the moment, but strange feeling in my head and brain fog. And this, after only 2 days of radiation. I am getting more intense dose because I'm doing 4 weeks instead of 6.

My body has always been very sensitive. I've read that radiation oncologists usually say it has nothing to do with the radiation. But, I do believe it must, because I never felt this before.

Actually am doing better in my second week. I think funny feeling in my head had to do with my neck which is turned when i lie on belly for rads. I saw physical therapist who referred me for cranio sacral massage which release a lot of the pressure that was building in my neck. Going to continue with massage person to support me through rest of treatments.

Just wanted to post that in case someone else stopped by who was having same symptoms.
