Anyone have swollen lymph nodes after fat grafting?

Hi had fat graft number 5 done December 1st. Now I noticed  what feel like small firm lymph nodes in the the upper  outer corner. Didn't  notice that with any of the other times. Had huge infection  with fat grafting  number 4 in September 23. Is possible this is left over from then and I didn't notice. I rarely touch my breast mound, just numb and kind of creepy.
