Probiotics
I'm hoping those of you who take them can tell me which brand you are using. I normally buy the liquid to mix in with drinks because I don't like swallowing pills more than I have to, but it's no longer available, so I guess I'll pop a capsule if I have to. I also don't want to spend 30, 40 bucks on them. Last time I asked the pharmacist she recommended some capsules that were super expensive and I didn't want to shell out the money. I very much dislike yogurt, so not an option. Anybody know of a good brand that won't break the bank?

Good ones should be refrigerated at the store, or sent directly from the manufacturer with an ice pack in styrofoam. Most are expensive. You could check out your local health food store. The brand I've used is VSL3, and it is expensive.

I take mine as a supplement powder called, Green Vibrance, also Vegansmart meal replacement or a Pro Biotic fermented drink called Passiflora.
I've been taking pro biotics for more than 17 years because of the damage to my stomach and digestive system from the meds for Rheumatoid arthritis. I found the green Vibrance about a year ago, which also has about 75 food and superfood ingredients, including Spirulina. I find, for me, it is like rocket fuel, great for giving me energy! I buy it at iHerb.

just started taking chewable gummies...digestive advantage probiotic...about 20.00 for 120 count from costco...not sure how it is working as I have been forgetting to take them! I have trouble with pills so I go for the gummies...I used to take pearls probiotic...amazon had 90 for about 27.00... Very small and easy to swallow...that's my 2 cents, for what it's worth!!lol
Happy New Year ! Rosie

Thank you ladies, for the options. Ariom, I know how you feel. In my case, it's from being on "forever" antibiotics. Drugs sure do a number on tummies. I'm so uncomfortable having to mitigate the damage, but I guess we do what we have to do. Thanks again.
