Options when listing surgical procedures

When listing procedures or treatments in our signatures, I would love to see the option of listing "Tissue Expander Removal" or "Tissue Expander Replacement", "Implant removal" or "Implant replacement" listed under surgical procedures. I know it gets to be a lot of stuff listed. I've had both expanders replaced, and I have had an expander removed without being able to replace it. I'm sure there are others as well.

also I have prophylactic mastectomy on left listed but there is no place to indicate that biopsy post op showed atypical lobular hyperplasia. Need a Dx.of precancerous cells added to other diagnosis

Perhaps a choice. Deliberately choose not to reconstruct as I will not and would like to make that deliberate decision be listed Too many people feel pressured to do reconstruction and don't considered this a choice
