Implants still hurt

November marked the one year anniversayr of my exchange to implants and they still hurt 
My PS has agreed to try another type of implant hoping that will help. I'm scheduled for surgery next month.
DId anyone else have pain a year after the surgery?
I am praying that it is only due to the current implants and this isnt something that is common and we have to live with
