Missing marker clip after surgery

I'm new here, so here goes.

I was diagnosed in May. Started chemo first to shrink tumor and to get better margins. Had mastecomy this Nov. with reconstruction. During surgery, surgeon found 1 of the marker clip, but the 2nd one was missing. 3 wks after, i did an X-ray then mammogram and finally found marker clip. It had migrated from axilla area to front side of chest. Now have to go for another surgery although this one will be minor. Just concerned and also wondering if others have had this type of experience.
