Breast cancer and carcinoid tumor

I just got biopsy result back today and it appears i have a grade 2 carcinoid tumor in my stomach. A polyp was removed during endoscopy, they didnt get clear margins so i guess they will be going back in. The doc went deep when he removed it so likely its gone into the muscle layer of the stomach. Im in shock and disbelieve but it makes sense in terms of symptoms.. i was just starting to feel like i was putting the breast cancer behind me and getting on with my life.. treatment will depend on other tests.. .. i will have to be on more anti hormone stuff now... different hormones but heck .. i am not telling my kids until after xmas

ANy one had experience with carcinoid never mind both.. carcinoid tumors are rare and even rarer in the stomach i really must have pissed the big guy upstairs off really.. i mean come on
