Should I worry?

First let me say I know you are not doctors, and yes I am seeing one tomorrow. BUT I wanted to see if anyone else is in the same boat. Surgery was Feb 28th, had little spots open up throughout chemo on my incision lines, mostly clear fluid draining. Ended up on antibiotics a few times due to the other breast being infected. I finished rads almost 4 weeks ago and felt really good. But now in the last 2 days this (see picture) happens. I phoned my nurse navigator and she made an appt with the radiation oncologist tomorrow. Do you think I am in for antibiotics or will it just go away on it's own. I hate wondering if I am paranoid and don't want to take antibiotics if I don't have to, but also don't want to get in trouble and end up needing IV meds over Christmas. And those little red spots hurt really bad in comparision to how they look. So yeah, what I am wondering is if anyone has had the little red spots not on the incision lines.... I can't find any pictures/description of this. I will update with what my Dr says tomorrow.

clarrn - I don't know the answer to your question but want to say, you aren't being paranoid... I think you are smart to go to the doctor today and get this treated.. looks sore and inflamed .. all the best to you..

I am on Keflex for the next 10 days. So I guess if your boob looks like that, go in!
