Mastectomy Recovery

Hey! I'm new here. I had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction 12 days ago. The left was prophylactic. I've noticed a lot of small blisters forming on my left breast and there is significant bruising and swelling along the bottom of the breast. The right appears to be healing nicely with some minor swelling.
Should I be concerned about a seroma?
