    I was diagnosed with TNBC Stage 2 May 2012. I underwent surgery/nodes, chemo and radiation. Feeling great and living my life. October 13, 2014 I had my sixth month mammo and ultrasound. Same breast found a small lump, different area. I had a biopsy and came back as cancer, but Stage 0…I feel very lucky. I opted for a bi-lateral mastectomy and reconstruction. The reconstruction isn't fun, expanders are very uncomfortable. I was 65 when first diagnosed, second time around 671/2. I was tested negative for BRAC1 or 2. I need no treatment.

    I am hoping that this is the end of my fight with cancer. If I can help anyone, please let me know. If anyone in a similar situation, please post.

    Lynda, I'm glad they found it the second time at such an early stage. I hope the reconstruction goes well.
