using Letrozole

there any precautions to use when having sex if you are taking Letrozole for hormone therapy after breast cancer? I just started taking a pill every morning. I didn't need chemo or radiation.

I wasn't told of any when I started Femara. The biggest issue would probably be the potential for dryness. My MO encouraged me to come to her with any such issues, as they do have ways of helping.

However, you might talk with either your MO or pharmacist just to be certain.

PS - That's GREAT that you can avoid both chemo and rad. I am quite hopeful of being able to give chemo a pass, based on my 4-week response to Femara. I'll probably still need rad. but probably less than I would have without neoadjuvant letrozole.
