I love my Handful bras!

Hello! I wanted to share the results of my search for the right bra/foobs.

After my BMX w/no recon (obviously, since I am posting here), I wanted to find a comfy bra that just gave me a little something so that my tops would fit like they used to and so that it would not be totally obvious that there are no breasts on my chest (shout out to those of you who opt to go flat & fabulous--go for it, ladies!). I posted here and got some suggestions.

I tried a few things, including heavy and uncomfortable chicken fillet prostheses. You know, if you have a bilateral MX, there are no balance or symmetry issues and therefore there is no reason to wear heavy prostheses! I finally settled on the Handful bra with two sets of pads inside the interior pocket--if you buy 2 bras, you can double up the pads. My silhouette looks very much like it did before, when I was a B cup. The bras come in cute, cheerful colors, have narrow straps, might peek out of a lower-cut neckline like a cami, and have wide side panels suitable for encasing underarm swelling or bulging without creating any overhang. They are very comfortable and only cost around $48, so if you don't have insurance, this is a feasible option as opposed to the $700 or so for prostheses.

I love my Handful bras! Maybe you'll like them, too.
