Blood tinged mucus discharge (post menopausal and on Letrozole)

HELP!
FREAKING out!!!
Ovaries were removed 2 years ago.
I've had pelvic (?) / hip (?) pain for several months... none of my doctors are worried (ugh!).
Sorry... TMI: Yesterday there was a string of mucus in the stool with a teensy spot of brown in it.
Of course everything online says "Bloody discharge after menopause is cancer."
I'm FREAKING OUT!!!
I can't get into my doctor's office 'til next week (of course!)!
Have any of you experienced this 2 years into taking Letrozole / Femara?
