Chemo induced menopause?

So, I haven't had a period since 2/13....after my first chemo tx. MO said I wasn't in menopause until I was 12 months w/o a period. So, IF I am technically in menopause at that time, will I be changed to a different medication? I'm on Tamoxifen now, will that change? Has anyone dealt with this?

i went a full year without a period PFC. Then bam, a period. If you are still young you may get it back- even after a year
