Recovery from reduction vs BMX -Feedback?

1. My BS feels a giant bilateral reduction to remove CA will be less traumatic than BMX. says recovery is less. Anyone had a reduction in the past to compare?

Breast reduction was a lot less to deal with than mastectomy, I had mx first then reduction on other side........my reduction was just a loop around the areola and one cut down to my ribs, no cut around the base of my breast and I think that makes a difference

Loved the reduction. Complications from Mastecomy after four years. Complications from tissue expander surgery, developed seroma. I have to be aspirated now.
