One of the hardest things to deal with when we've been diagnosed is how to handle friends and relatives who are less than empathetic when they're talking to us.

Here is a video I love - in fact, I love all of Dr. Brene Brown's videos - but this one is called THE POWER OF EMPATHY. You may have seen it before.
