What can I expect after implant removal?

Hello,

I had breast cancer, chemo, double mastectomy direct to implant, and radiation. I've been uncomfortable since day one with having the implants. It has been over a year and I'm am still experiencing pain and feel unhealthy. What can I expect with removal? I've found that PS tend to make light of recovery times and the pain involved with the surgeries we endure. Will drains be used again? Will I be able to use my pectoral muscles like before the mastectomy? Will the skin lay flat? Thanks, feel free to message me if you don't want to post on forum.
