Fat Graft without implants just skin saving?

Just saw PC. Not a candidate for DIEP and thought my only other options was flat which was ok since I used to be AA before kids.

He said because I have ILC we should so skin sparing and save the nipples. After a few months he can do FG to poof them a little as I desire

He isn't able to tell me what the odds are that I will shrink or look baggy saggy I Idon't so the FG

Anyone had a plan like this?
