Dcis no invasive cells and there is a positive lymph node

Hi ,

Just got home from the surgery ( right breast mastectomy and expander )

The dr said tell now they didn,t found invasive cells but there is a positive node out of 10 ???

Do I need chemo ? Is it possible for DCIS to reach lymph node ?? I will read your replies but can't use my hand sometimes it is still painfull
