These are produced by Johns Hopkins, so should be pretty reliable.

I will check it out. Thanks! -
Sounds great Hopeful, you could also post this in the Fitness and getting back in shape forum

Thanks for posting this - I just registered and am looking forward to it!

Thanks for the input, Mods. I don't know why that didn't occur to me!
Floaton, you're most welcome. I hope it's helpful!
-
Hopeful, do you think this will be available for later viewing if I can't get on at this time to watch it? -
Glennie, it will undoubtedly be archived for later viewing. The video Hopeful posted has some good information. It is also an ad--Johns Hopkins has a reputation in the LE community for that, and in the past it has not always been followed up by excellent LE care, as some women here have testified from personal experience. So, while the video is largely good LE information (especially from the therapist), do keep your eyes wide open. Don't assume that because Johns Hopkins is a well-known cancer center they must be LE-smart. We lymphers need to stay alert and learn all we can, not only about LE but about the sources of the information we receive.
Be well!
Binney -
You are so right, Binney. We can't assume anything about LE care! -
Yes, there will be a link sent out to all registrees after the event. I will post it once I get home.
I agree with Binney about vetting our sources; after all, a surgeon from JH was the orignator of the Halstead radical mastectomy.
