Yes, I experienced the same thing after my first round of DD AC. Tell your MO. I told mine before my second round and she prescribed Tylenol #4's to take an hour or two prior to having the infusion. It really helped. Still got a bit of a headache, but mild compared to the crashing migraine-like headache I originally had.

I believe Zofran caused my headache during my first TCH (was not a pre-med but was my at home anti-emetic which I was instructed to start the same night and continue for 72 hours), and know that it also did not work.  I switched to another anti-emetic and had no further problems with the remaining infusions.  I did have Aloxi and dexamethasone for each infusion in my pre-meds.  Many people report a bad headache on their first infusion, that for unknown reasons doesn't happen again.  Since Zofran is a known offender, and there are other substitutes, you might try eliminating that one first and see what happens.  Good luck.

I agree with the Zofran thing, it gave me headaches and didn't help much my other symptoms. Please tell your MO, there are other options ((hugs))
