occassional side pain even 7 yrs out after mastectomy

I get a sharp pain randomly on my radiated/mastectomy side. It just comes out of nowhere and lasts maybe a few seconds. I am 7 years out from surgery and still get this! Anyone else experience this? Sharp pain is on the side of my body, below the armpit and continues down a few inches.
