Premenopausal - Tamoxifen or Ova Suppression + AI?

I had a discussion with my onc today about my choice of hormone therapy. She printed off my adjuvant online results but unfortunately it doesn't take my Her2 pos status into account. My onc said if she had to give a range for my risk of recurrence, it would be 10-20%. She did say she thought I would closer to 10% because of the Herceptin and Perjeta I received. She is strongly suggesting Tamoxifen without ova suppression. O/S would have been recommended if I didn't do chemo. I'm currently in chemopause.

I know there was a trial released this summer that showed a 4% difference in recurrence with O/S plus AI vs O/S plus Tamox. Is there anyone that had their MO recommend O/S plus AI? I've really been struggling with this decision. I'm now 42 yrs old. I'm concerned about bone/heart health but much more concerned about recurrence! Any advice for me?
