How effective is PMRT if started 5 months after mastectomy where no chemo was done?
Mastectomy to right breast with 4 tumors 1mm-1.5 cm. Due to low Oncotype DX score of 17 and Mammaprint (Symphony) asssay
low risk score no chemo was done. Postmenopausal 58 years old, ER+, PR+, HER2-. Grade 2.
2 positive sentinel lymph nodes (one 3.8mm and one less than 2mm). Focal lympho-vascular invasion. Currently on Letrozole 2.5 mg.
There are different opinions regarding PMRT for women with 1-3 positive nodes.Categories
